Silvina
VergaraSilvina Vergara is an artist, educator, and facilitator of inner transformation. For decades, she has explored the relationship between sound, voice, body, emotions, and awareness to create deeply human experiences of listening, expression, and integration.
Her work begins with a simple idea: before we can transform something, we need to be able to listen to it. Sometimes that listening begins in the body. At other times, it emerges through emotion, breath, movement, or a voice that has gone unheard for too long.
